Edward Reekers (ex-Kayak) staat op het punt om zijn eerste solo-album in vijftien jaar uit te brengen. Het nieuwe album zal uitgebracht worden onder de naam The Liberty Project en is vanaf 4 augustus beschikbaar via Music Theorie Recordings / Mascot Label Group.
Hij wordt bijgestaan op het album door een keur van gastmuzikanten zoals: Steve Hackett (Genesis), Arjen Lucassen (Ayreon), Damian Wilson (Threshold), John’ Jaycee’ Cuijpers (Praying Mantis), Koen Herfst (Vandenberg), Cindy Oudshoorn (Kayak) and more.
