Kiss naar Ahoy – THE GREATEST SHOW ON EARTH ROCKS

Op de website van Ahoy is bekend gemaakt dat KISS het 45 jaar bestaan ook komt vieren in Europa. De band was voor het laatst in Europa in 2015 en gezien het tijdstip is er ook een kans dat KISS binnenkort op de affiche van Graspop zal prijken.
“De legendarische Amerikaanse glamrockband KISS komt naar Nederland! KISS staat wereldwijd bekend om hun spectaculaire liveshows en brengt deze volgend jaar naar Rotterdam. Het concert vindt plaats in Rotterdam Ahoy op woensdag 24 mei 2017. De voorverkoop voor het concert start aanstaande vrijdag 2 december om 10.00 uur via Ticketmaster.nl.
In ruim 40 jaar tijd is KISS een begrip geworden in de rock ’n roll geschiedenis. Met 28 gouden platen in de VS en een wereldwijde verkoop van ruim 100 miljoen albums, blijven Gene Simmons en Paul Stanley, tezamen met gitarist Tommy Thayer en drummer Eric Singer, hun erfenis jaar na jaar verrijken. Met hun indrukwekkende carrière werd KISS in 2014 dan ook eindelijk opgenomen in The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame. Hun zwart-wit geschminkte gezichten, de bijzonder lange tong van Gene Simmons en de knallende shows vol vuurwerk, vuur- en bloedspuwen zijn het summum van de Amerikaanse glamrock.”
