Red Eleven komt met nieuwe video van Last Call

Finnish alternative rockers Red Eleven presents their softer side on their new music video “Last Call”. The video track is taken from their latest EP “Fueled by Fire” released on March this year. Last Call is beautiful acoustic piece with saxophone solo by Aki Saira. The video itself is directed by the bands audio technician Olli Huttunen and it’s filmed on the very same location the song was composed.
“We came up with the song a bit like an accident. We were jamming on our bass player’s summer cottage while we had a day off on our last tour. The story of the song is actually a bit sad – the lyrics are about a tragedy that had just happened before.” The vocalist Tony Kaikkonen speaks out.
“In de afsluiter Last Call gooit Red Eleven het weer over een andere boeg. Deze compositie klinkt als een goede unpluggedcompositie zoals ze in de jaren negentig bijna klakkeloos op de markt werden gegooid. Kwalitatief doet bovenstaande zin echter deze compositie tekort. Het akoestische gitaargeluid is goed neergezet en de basis stuwt het geheel netjes vooruit terwijl het nummer lekker voorbij glijdt.” (Rockportaal)
